"Multi-scale Computational Studies of Gene Regulation:  A Collage of Studies from Biomolecular to Nuclear Dynamics"

In this talk I will present a selection of recent studies illustrating the main research interests and active projects of our group. During the talk the following topics will be discussed:

(A) The role of disorder in biomolecular assembly: NFkB, DISC-FL, HP1a as examples.

(B) Dynamics of chromosomes and nuclear interior.

(C) Studies of gene regulatory networks governing NFkB response and stem cell pluripotency.
