“Ovarian Impacts of Chronic Exposure to the Herbicide Glyphosate”

Representing 50% of U.S. herbicide usage, environmental glyphosate (GLY) abundance is extensive, and exposures are via oral and dermal ingestion. Based upon findings in cell culture models, we hypothesized that GLY would impact ovarian steroidogenesis and folliculogenesis pathways at environmentally relevant chronic exposure levels.
