The previous room reservation system for BBMB was decommissioned on September 2, 2024. The new method of reserving rooms uses standard Outlook room reservation calendars.

The rooms managed by the department are 1102,1340,1414, 2034,3034, and 4034. For information on how to add calendars please follow the directions found at Reserving a Outlook-Managed Conference Room.
